Very well made and a very creative menu. Whenever i go in it's not crowded, and it should be. Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Not like other locations alot thicker of a cookie. Ends up cooking funny due to the thickness as well. Makes it not as fresh like my normal crumble. Unless they were sitting due to the new everyday flavors. Which its about time crumble. Try the pink icing cookie, love it. Be ready for a sugar rush, possibly too much. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Eiffel Waffle Creamery in Crestwood, and I want to specifically recognize Hala Abushakra for her exceptional service.

From the moment I walked in, Hala demonstrated true professionalism, strong communication skills, and an incredible level of customer care. She was attentive, efficient, and handled everything with confidence and grace. Her productivity and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire atmosphere of a business. They have an adorable outdoor seating area to enjoy your goodies on a warm or hot night out with outdoor lighting. The in house homemade ice creams of over 2 dozen or more flavors are WOW!! I am definitely going to need more visits to taste them all. That Passion Fruit was refreshing and so good 10/10. I had the Dubai mini pancakes and YUM 😋 10/10. Try them out.
