Cookies were raw not the first time either. Disappointed
I've had better (much better) oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. Their unique cookies are pretty good, but don't believe all the hype about this place. Their cookies, I think, need to be baked longer. Too doughy.

Crumbl in Mokena is a cookie store with fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious cookies that change weekly. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, sweet, polite, and helpful. The store is clean, spotless, and inviting. Some cookies can be very sweet, but all are delicious. The regular sized cookies are massive; three people could share one. Ordering and getting cookies takes about 20 minutes in all, so nice and fast. Some find the mobile app difficult. If a cookie is served warm, there is no real bite or chewiness; refrigerating them makes them more like cookies. Otherwise, some find them overly soft and gooey (under cooked?) and way too sweet. The prices are about $5 for a regular-sized cookie, which is too much. For each cookie, you get a box, which is lovely for gifting but excessive. There are vegetarian options: no cookies have meat. It is a Mormon run business, closed on Sundays.
