Honestly its crazy the world have so mych hatred towards the color of people skin two people in front on me got more meat and when i was served i was given child portions and then gets attitude when i asked for more if im paying wth the problem. I won’t be coming back.

This is by far the best chipotle! Every time I’m in there the staff are so kind and personable!! For some reason other locations won’t make my two young kids a quesadilla. (I know crazy for me to ask at a Mexican restaurant where there is cheese and tortillas…) this location never disappoints! Friendly, and Large portions! I can tell the manager here is leading with love! Great job team! 💚💚💚

workers seemed irritable for having to do their jobs. worker and manager had HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service. felt very rushed and not taken care of.

I did not need the side order of snarky comments and condescending tone because my 3 item order came at an inconvenient time for the customer behind me. I’m paying. Make the order. Take my money. Keep the peace.

My boyfriend and I ordered no beans. Both of our orders had all the bean options in them. We ordered steak and chicken. No steak or chicken. Ordered brown rice, got white rice. Seems like it was on purpose as everything that we ordered was completely opposite. Super annoying as we had driven there and once we got home had to drive somewhere else to get food.

This chipotle specifically gives small portions and forgets stuff all the time on orders bunch of clowns running this place

I purchased a bowl for $17.00 got home it was barely filled.. very disappointed

Amazing customer service! We visit this location often because the staff is fantastic. I have food allergies and eating out is rare. But I trust and am so well cared for by the team at Frankfort Chipotle.

Why are you turning off app orders 40 minutes before closing ? Just close at 9 if that’s the case.
