DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This place is garbage, such bad practices. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and counted six pieces of steak, which two were not edible (gristle). Never again!

Came in today and was greeted . However I asked for two tacos on crispy one soft and the girl only put bird size portions on my tacos. .. I will not be back . This isn’t the first time time this happened. The white man next to me got way more portions !

Take this opinion from someone who used to work at chipotle.

The guac was all brown meaning it was sitting out for a while. They also ran out of chicken and the employee just shrugged and did not give me a full scoop. Only half. This has actually been the worst chipotle I’ve ever been at. Also, I got a 3 pointer and they charged me regular ! This comment is for those that need it. Thank you.

My entire portion of steak was given to me in a disgusting stringy chunk or uncut meat mess. Thus is completely unacceptable for what you charge for food. What a joke.

Its not worth ordering from here. From burritos the size of tacos to tacos that have no meat. Im going to actively avoid this location.Lockport is by far the best in the area. I order 3 tacos from lockport, I order 6 tacos from here. Same amount of food.

I enjoy this location because the employees are friendly and accommodating, and the music isn't blasting, the tables are clean, unlike other locations.

Honestly its crazy the world have so mych hatred towards the color of people skin two people in front on me got more meat and when i was served i was given child portions and then gets attitude when i asked for more if im paying wth the problem. I won’t be coming back.

This is by far the best chipotle! Every time I’m in there the staff are so kind and personable!! For some reason other locations won’t make my two young kids a quesadilla. (I know crazy for me to ask at a Mexican restaurant where there is cheese and tortillas…) this location never disappoints! Friendly, and Large portions! I can tell the manager here is leading with love! Great job team! 💚💚💚

workers seemed irritable for having to do their jobs. worker and manager had HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service. felt very rushed and not taken care of.

I did not need the side order of snarky comments and condescending tone because my 3 item order came at an inconvenient time for the customer behind me. I’m paying. Make the order. Take my money. Keep the peace.
