I purchased a bowl for $17.00 got home it was barely filled.. very disappointed

They skimp on the meat if you place your order via mobile/web.

I asked for a steak burrito and got a chicken burrito. The order was to go and by the time I got home and saw it I was not about to drive back. Then I tried to call and inform them but instead you have to talk to a 800 number person which is terrible customer service because that’s just letting the employees get away with making mistakes.

The only Chipotle in the area that doesn't mess things up. If you want to find another competent Chipotle, you'd have to go all the way to highland Indiana. This frankfort location blows matteson, Tinley, orland, mokena, etc locations out of the way. There's nothing even exceptional, they just... don't screw up like the other locations do. I just had my first screw up at this frankfoet location but it took years to happen and I've been meaning to write a good review for here anyways, so I still will, I'll just consider that a one off occurance

This place is the worst of the worst. We ordered from here twice and both times they didn't put chicken in our bowls out of pure laziness to not have to make more. Get a better job if you're that miserable. This happened last week and today 8-12-24 at 1230pm.
