Hi, I’m writing this in hopes that the owner will see this. This evening my boyfriend and I went to Culver’s, we ordered two meals through the drive thru. Our plan was the pay with cash first and then a gift card. When we went up to the window and we told the employee, Ariyel to use cash and then the gift card. When Aryiel handed us our money back she had given us the gift card and the cash. She totally didn’t listen to the simple directions. Then when we told her about it she does absolutely nothing about it and goes “oh sorry you can pull forward.” After we received our food, I walked inside to speak to manager about this. As I’m standing in line I see that Ariyel is talking to her co-worker and laughing about it right in front of me knowing I was there. I just felt it was very disrespectful to be laughing and talking negatively about me when I’m standing in line, when it was her mistake. The manager handled my concern very well and I really appreciate his help. However I just hope something was said to Ariyel since that should not happen. I go to Culver’s very frequently with my family and I see a lot of families there and I do not think it should have that kind of negativity.

I was sick all week and could not cook tonight. Ordered online through uber. I realized quickly that it was two towns away. I cancelled the order. I contacted uber and they said that the restaurant accepted the order and that uber could not refund me.
IT WAS NEARLY $60 so of course I called the store and asked to pick up the food.
The manager said that the food was already made and said I could pick it up.
When I arrived, they said the food was NOT made. And they could do NOTHING and I could “call Uber” (which has no active customer service number any longer)
I said. You and I just spoke and I made sure the food was made - as uber had said they would need to refund the restaurant for the food they had made — they didn’t make the food. I was an out $60. And offered no solution. With my kids in the car at almost 9:30 at night after a week of hell.
NEVER have I been so disgusted with the industry. It was completely unprofessional and all I got were excuses. No FOOD. No REFUND.

Visited Frankfort Illinois location at 8 pm at night …. Not same dedication you see at 11am shift ? Talked briefly with manager .. way too laid back with apologies and should be up front helping crew if they ran out of Custer?! Cold food . Watery shake not happy . Remember Lucas your crew is only as good as you are … be present / do better .

I ordered this a month ago for a family gathering. When we got home our order was correct but one of our guests had a really long hair swirled through the toppings on his cheeseburger. It was so embarrassing and disgusting!!
I decided it was probably a fluke so I went back about 3 weeks later and this time my burger was totally smashed, the bun was ripped, the pickles were shriveled up and dry and the other toppings were not that fresh. It didn't taste very good and it was falling apart.
I usually like Culver's in general but I would never recommend this location. There are better ones out there so I'd pass on this one unfortunately.

I’ve been to Culver’s a lot of times, but Claire is so sweet. She is super special and most of all the staff at Culver’s. are really good people and I just want to say how proud I am Of the service and the dedication that The employees do they make my dreams come true I will come back to Culver’s again and I will See Claire again I Love Culver’s because it’s really really good and the people there are just wonderful and the food there is wonderful. I just enjoy Culver’s. I think I should come back more and more because I always have a good experience there because the people know me very well and it’s because of Claire and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. She is just the best and the kindest person And most of all Culver’s is really good. I had a good time yesterday there and I will tell you why it’s because of Claire she is wonderful and Super awesome and I would love to be friends with her I met Claire In 2022 and 2023 And in 2024 she is the best and I think she is a princess so I am giving this place a five out of five Because of Claire and the staff and most of all the food there is outstanding and I love Culver’s because of Claire because she treats me with respect and I will Come back at Culver’s again And I will come Back to Culver’s because of Claire And I am always happy at the restaurant it’s because of Claire And the employees I give this place, a five out of five because of Claire and the employees and the staff and I Will always have a good experience because of Claire and the employees And the staff I think culver’s is really good.
