I'm from the East coast, but always make sure to stop by a Culver's when driving home from visiting family over the holidays.
I tried the butterfly shrimp this time after my father in law recommended them, and the crunch was fantastic! As always, the onion rings and cheese curds were delicious. As is the custard! And their house root beer is creamy and divine.

Customer service was clear and easy to place an order with. Food was accurate, fresh and hot and didn't take too much time to come out. The only issue I had was the fries being too salty. Other than that I'd go back!

We were missing a small fry with our 2 kids meals. They were very professional and generous to give us a credit on a kids meal. I did not expect that. I was very impressed. Food good, service excellent

The girl at the drive through window and the girl that walked out my food had major attitude problems. No thank you or anything. They just give you dirty looks like they are annoyed they have to be there. Why hire rude ignorant people like this? I’m spending my money there and I at least deserve to be treated decent!
4 out of 5 times I come here they get my food wrong. They ask me to repeat parts of my order several times and still get it wrong. This Culver’s needs either better cashiers/better headphones/or upgraded speakers.

Awful service this past spring found a piece of garbage in my concrete … don’t go here unless you go inside . Gross. All I got was a $6 refund.

My grandkids wanted to go to McDonald's but I talked them into Culver's because of the cheese curds and the custard. We all had really hot and fresh food. It was delivered to us by Ava who also bussed our table twice. She was so friendly and helpful. Very nice experience.
