I went today because I was craving a cone. I ordered the cone double scoop on one cone. The other girl made it wrong so she told her no one cone. So I asked her the how much one cone was Vs two. She told me the price difference. So I asked her how much a drink was and because it was more than the original amount I said just refund me. She became annoyed. Cashier was very rude. Took my order and repeated it back to me wrong. I specified again to make sure it was right. She began to argue along the lines of “that’s what she said” but bit her tongue. Passive aggressively asked if I ordered what she said again at the window. Made what I ordered wrong. Argued that she got it right. Rolled her eyes to the moon and back when asked to fix it.
This is thee worst Dunkin I have been to it’s always a hit or miss if I can get a iced coffee or even a turbo shot.
