I ordered a simple ham and cheese sub for a pick up. I had confirmation it would be ready at 12:06pm on 10/18/2025. The nice guy there said it'd be a few more minutes so I waited. I watched as others got their orders, including those that came in after me. I even witnessed people getting their sandwiches via traditional ordering at the sub line. If I knew that my pick up order would take longer than ordering at the restaurant, I wouldn't have bothered with an online order. After 15 minutes of waiting and no one seemed to care about my 1 sandwich, I had to leave without my product since I had groceries and dog waiting for me. I will never be at this location again.

It is a very nice place with wonderful people and the employees. I need to see Vanessa again when I go back There and I loved it today and the service today was wonderful and the employees are just wonderful. I told the employee that when I see Vanessa, I want her to do the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo for me when I see her again and the food was great and I am so lucky to know The team and Is very good and everyone there is fabulous and I enjoy the food and it is very good. And I am very lucky to know Vanessa and the team there and like I said everybody there is wonderful.

Two younger guys running the place behind the counter are absolutely awesome I wish all restaurants had employees like that . They made me a special wrap that’s called the raptor out of this world pleasant experience good job guys I will be coming back to that specific location due to them

Went to Mikes the other day looking for some meat on my loaf the long way. Got the freakiest, wettest sub I could’ve ever asked for. They oiled it up like it was a Diddy party! It was as if Mike slobbered all over that thang. I’ll be back. Make sure Mike is ready for me <3
