The only good thing about this place was the guy who greeted us. He made us feel good to be there. The food isn't good. The patties are small like McDonald's patties. The fries would have been ok if they weren't drenched in salt. Couldn't eat them. The onion rings are frozen and might have been purchased from Walmart because these are not restaurant onion rings. The lady working here was upset about something. Had an attitude. For 3 burgers, 3 fries, 2 drinks, onion rings, and an apple sauce juice it was $55. If this was $25-$30 it still would have been topnotch for this place. Yesterday I went to a bar, with my brother. We had two burgers and fries with onion rings and two beers. I paid $65, that burger was worth every penny.

Service was the worst! We sat down to wait for our food and the restaurant felt very dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Employee brought our food to the table and tipped the tray she was carrying and my daughters food hit the floor. Never once apologized, actually stood there and stared at it for a minute, then picked it up and muttered a "I'll have them remake this" and walked away. 10 min later brought the burger, put it down, and walked away without so much as 1 word. Not a, sorry about that, or thanks for your patience, sorry about the wait... Nothing! Food was super greasy and everytime I took I bite of my burger the bun slipped from the patty and the patty would squeeze out of the bottom. I've never had that happen. $40 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and a kids meal. I won't ever go back .... Mokena, IL

Well mediocre burgers are not worth $10 price. I don’t know if 6:30 is a bad time to go but it was not busy at all and I my food was supposed to be ready at 6:30 curbside pickup It wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after my order time and I was supposed to have curbside pickup ( my toddler was in the car anyone whose a parent knows it’s easier to have curbside pickup) I called the store 3x they didn’t answer so we had to go in. Very disappointed first time here I saw mixed reviews but first and last time going here. I hope to warn others don’t waste your time or money. I was hoping to find a new take out place.

Since COVID we haven't ordered there for awhile due to odd hours of business closing early. Used to get good hot burgers that filled the bun. Not today. Burgers were cold and small. Had to give cashier my order twice. Two burgers and one fry. He gave and charged for two fries. Didn't realize till I got home. Maybe he's new employee? Probably won't be going back due to small burgers and fries were little hard pieces

This is a very nice sit down restaurant. They also had lots of seating outside. The hamburger was very tasty as well as the salad and fries. The staff was always very friendly too and if that's how our meal was and the interior was very clean.

The food is fresh and good but they need to try and lower prices. Paid $16 for a burger fries and a drink. Same thing would get me an 8oz steak and 2 big sides at Texas Roadhouse. I’m on the only person here at 1:30 in the afternoon. Does it tell you something?

The fries where awesome and the burger would have been too ... except for whomever assembled it decided that I should go for the garlic aioli dipped version ... burger was not edible and now I'm out 28.13 since I ordered through uber eats.You would think if you pay more for a burger...

The staff was so welcoming and nice. And the food was Amazing. Best burgers we've had in a long time. They were juicy and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the nacho fries and they were delicious. The restaurant was also very clean, even the bathrooms. Highly recommend going here.
Made the mistake of ordering the Impossible burger, which we’ve ordered plenty of times from other places. This one was somehow the same thickness as a McDonald’s burger, and was a tick warmer than room temperature.

Just ordered a chopped salad. Paid $13. Asked for no beans. Not only did I get beans but the salad is about as small as a cereal bowl. This place seems not as great as it used to be. Attached are photos. That is the $4 worth of chicken. On a $13 salad. Honestly Wendy's is better. The bathroom had a plunger in it and the floor was wet. It was gross. And when I called, no one answered. Even though I was just there. I am really disappointed and upset.

Went in to order a burger. The employee wouldn't make eye contact and barely made any response to me. The employee stared at the register screen the entire time. The floor was slippery and greasy throughout the store. I paid 17 dollars and got a sloppy burger and fries with a medium drink. Won't be coming back.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. My ususal. I LITERALLY TOOK ONE BITE. I didn't care for it. It was greasy. I took the sandwich to the cashier/manager and asked for a different sandwich. They refused to replace it. I was suprised. I repeated myself saying well i didnt even eat all of it? I took one bite? So now I'm out of the 10 dollars I paid for a meal.I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. Never had a problem before. Won't be coming back.(April 1 2022 at 1230pm)
