Pizza delivery order to local pub with sausage, onions, and spinach. Specifically requested cheese to be well done, brown. Came under cooked with stingy onions.
If I was home I would have put it in the oven. Disappointed.

Me and my girldfriend were feeling lazy this past monday morning so we decided tomlook up places to eat near us we kind of narrowed it down to like italian pizza pasta orr like barfood( burgers wings etc) my girl friend goes in and pays with my card bring the food home and the noodles were hard like they were cooked 4-5 days ago the chicken was completely dry and hard overall horrible experience especially dor the prices they charge for their menu items deffinately not worh it… much better italian places in the area….. also i really had a craving for lasagna and they were some how all out why have itnon the menu if youre never going to have it this is the second time ive called ablut lasagna and they conveniently “all out” at 630pm

I grew up on this pizza every Friday. Now I live in another state. Not only do I stop there. I bring their pizza frozen back home to Florida.
Parking: Behind the restaurant and street parking.

The young lady that took my order was great! The pizza was sweet in taste and was not my favorite. If you like sweet sauce, this is your pizza.

Pizza and pasta is delicious! Since Covid all pizza tastes like dish soap EXCEPT Palermos. No idea why. I drive from Naperville to Frankfort for the pizza. The pizza is always great today the service today was subpar at best. The Frankfort’s location phone service was down so I called the 63rd street location to place my order. It took Frankfort 15 minutes to call me. No big deal I was already on my way. Emma said 30 minutes. Cool. I got there in about 20 minutes and was ok with waiting. After waiting 15 minutes I hear her tell the cook the oven was not on. No communication to me. After another few minutes I ask her what’s up. She says it needs another 15 minutes to cook without any explanation. I left. Terrible customer service. GREAT food!

Not what it used to be. My order tonight was well below standards. I’m going to skip Palermo’s for now on.

This used to be our favorite neighborhood pizza. I grew up near the original on 63rd. Lately, the quality and taste have taken a serious nose-dive. They changed the dough recipe - it's thicker and more dry than it used to be. Plus, Palermo's is known for their signature pizza sauce, but it seems they've changed that, too. We ordered two of their pizzas today (not inexpensive at nearly $70) and were seriously disappointed. The taste and quality is nothing like it used to be. It used to be good, so I didn't mind paying for it. But it's not the same anymore - look's like that's the end of Palermo's for me. It's a shame, really.

Sweet sauce on a pizza….Seriously!!! Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in the Chicagoland area. It’s like they put a layer of sauce on, then took a 5 pound bag of sugar dumped it over the sauce, then added cheese for the hell of it. If I could give this place a negative rating I would!!! This is not Chicago style pizza!!

I purchased an XL sausage pizza which was undercooked, with little to no sausage. Very disappointing experience.

We recently ordered a pizza from Palermo’s of 63rd & Frankfort for the first time. We are long time customers from the original Palermo’s back from just off 63rd & Western. It was just like romancing the past. Everything was perfect from the crust to the cheese and of course the always terrific sauce. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
My slice of pizza was hard
