I purchased a chicken BLT sandwich today and there was a mistake with the order. (It happens) I simply called and told the manager on duty what had happen. Joe (the manager) was so amazing and took care of me. I will be coming back to this location cause they genuinely care about their service. Mistakes happen all the time, it’s how you handle them that matters.
Will be cancelling my Panera subscription. I've been wondering why all my pop I get through the drive through on my way to work has been flat, but when I go inside it's perfectly carbonated. Today I went inside and asked. Their response was they KNOW the drive through is flat because it doesn't make ice.
