Paid over $40 for two sandwich sandwiches, a bag of chips and a cookie. Not only this place super overpriced, they put very little meat on the sandwich sandwiches. It’s a joke.

UPDATE: Lakesha emailed me within a day to offer me a free Pick 2 voucher and was pleasant and professional. Thanks Lakesha. I visited Panera in Mokena, IL on RT 30 today and was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. I ordered a bowl which cost $8.59 and got a half bowl of lukewarm soup. I won't be ordering the soup or the almond pastry again ($4.39) which was average. Also there are few to no options for diabetics in the drink selections

My husband went in to place an order. He brought it home and it was completely wrong. When I called and spoke with Nicole, the gm, she was rude and would not do anything if I said I was calling the corporate office. When I had to agree I would not call, she said to come back with the order and she would remake it and refund our money. When I arrived Nicole had taken off her jacket, which identifies her, and claimed the gm was not there. She then proceeded to tell me that she refused to remake anything at all.

if you actually want to get a full cup of soup for the correct price, go to Mindy’s. You can get a large soup, which is about 6x the size of what they give you at Panera, for the same price. Awful pricing here. They are stealing from you!!!

This is my second time visiting this location and each visit has been top notch. The staff is professional and friendly…except for one employee who jumped to conclusions when I was going to make certain they had clarity on the way my sandwich was being prepared. She thought I was inquiring if my food was ready. I felt I was being misjudged. Each time I visited I noticed the manager Abe going above and beyond for customer satisfaction and he is truly an asset to Panera Bread. Keep up the great work team!

First off I spent 33 dollars on a sandwich that wasn't even right and then I asked for extra croutons with my French onion soup nope! Literally I will not order again because it was all wrong. Everything was wrong and after spending 33 bucks and not getting it Right? Come on give a person a break. No 5 dollar off for sign up? Ick your b usiness is not heading in the right direction. Oh you can't give fork or spoon without adding??? After spending an exorbant amount of money for bad service and nothing???! Oh my French onion soup had no cheese or croutons as I asked for extra Bad service

Just picked up an iced coffee and it is terrible. 3 small pieces of ice and watered down.
I ordered the new strawberry and basil Fresca drink, it was just a strawberry lemonade with no strawberries and no basil, I just wanted the management to know whoever makes those drinks to make them right, because we pay a lot of money for the correct drinks…. Just a heads up

Food is just bland and nasty! I ordered a cup of soup and it’s was very watery and with no taste. I took it back manager was understanding gave me another bowl and it was bland as well. Didn’t go back just took the $9.00 loss.
