Rudeness at it's best. I had to repeat my order to 3 different associates. There has to be a better system. Maybe they should write down the orders. Manager was very rude when I asked why I had to repeat my order so my times. Will not be back!!!

Visit was afternoon on 08/04/24 after 2pm: I will never visit this location ever again!! The girl who was working the drive thru was very unprofessional and an overall B****! That’s how mad I am!
I specifically told her my order without cheese. Once I got the order, the sandwich was labeled having cheese on it. I had to get her attention and told her the mistake. I was calm and didn’t have an attitude. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the sandwich without no apology whatsoever. Waited for almost 10 minutes while the employees were talking like it’s a joke/social hour. I was given the sandwich without no apology and an awful attitude! That girl should be fired! Now I see why this store has an awful reputation! So disappointing and just disgusting. I also know people who work and investing restaurants/diners with sanitation and services. Trust me when I say they will get a visit and be investigated at this location!

I spenr $28.00 at this location. I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich. They gave me all brown disgusting guacamole and pickles which I ordered tomatoes. No tomatoes and a sad gross sandwich that would make anyone want to puke!!! I wish I could post the pics, Unacceptable!!!!

Just received my Italian that I explicitly asked for with no cheese multiple times and of course it came with cheese. So frustrating as this is the third time it’s happened at this location. Really makes me reconsider coming to this location ever again and giving them business if they can’t follow clear instructions.

Do not eat here. This place had to shut down in the summer of 2021 because it failed health inspections. There was mold growing all over the kitchen. My friend, Richard, worked there so that's how I know. I just want to look out for you so you don't get food poisoning.

Worst establishment to order food from. They talk to you rudely, they never make a meal correct, and if you call them about it... well you'll be left on the phone being laughed at and made fun. Hailey who claims to be s manager(if even her real name) should still be in kindergarten and not working a job. Clearly these people don't care about your food their jobs, or this company. Save your time, money, and headache and go somewhere else.. you'll thank all of us who have left negative reviews because we ain't lying. Toys place needs to be shut down already. Allow another food joint to move in that actually cares about their costumers.
First & last timer @ Potbelly's. At best, I'd rate both food and service as mediocre. I rated the food a little less because our sandwiches were absolutely tasteless. I ordered a Tuna Salad w/ Swiss (added lettuce, tomato and onion). My partner ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich. We agreed couldn't be any more bland. We both ordered soup, nothing spectacular, premade soup from a bag.Our suggestion, if you ever thought about trying this place, keep on driving.
