Service is always great, staff members work in challenging conditions and always have a smile and greet us warmly. Food sometimes isn't in stock but they make suggestions and I'm always happy when we leave

Tonight used the app to order in store pickup and when I arrived their was a note the door saying walk-in was closed for a staff meeting and was directed to the drive thru. This was completely unacceptable!! When I finally got to the drive thru window the manager told me this was what they were told. So there DM told them to do this instead for turning off the in store pickup on the app. This is the same DM at LaGrange & 191st and there reviews are not good also. This DM needs to be trained again or let go!!

the matcha never has enough so i always get it with an extra scoop of matcha powder and it is still just straight milk 😭
If you’re planning to get coffee at this Starbucks, make sure to clear your entire schedule for the day. It took over 25 minutes to get my coffee, and even then, they got it wrong. The staff was so slow, and they didn’t even bother to apologize. You might want to bring a tent and camp out while you wait. Definitely not worth the hassle!

Got a venti iced vanilla chai latte with cold foam and drank almost all of the drink and happened to look into the cup and saw that there was a strand of black hair inside of it, wanted to puke because I had been drinking it without even knowing🤮 threw it out immediately. Never getting starbucks again because of this experience. Disgusting.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. The friendly baristas are usually chatty with me, they're really fast most of the time, the inside is spacious, there's a traffic light on the corner so it's easy to access from or leave to go in any direction, and there's a nice view out the window to the northwest. They've always treated me well and they get orders right.
The store does have two flaws, though: First, the drive through tends to block the parking lot, and second, I recommend avoiding the place if you're in a hurry during the 7 AM hour on school days. There is a high school across the street and the staff will be busy serving the teenagers that visit. Just wait until after 8 if you can.
Parking: Starbucks has its own section of the lot, but after 7 AM, it will be either blocked off and/or difficult to nagivate when the drive through is busy. You can either drive around the spa to the south to try to park close or use to much larger open lot to the east if you don't mind taking a few extra steps.

I ordered an iced expresso shaken and a bagel. I ALWAYS have gotten cream cheese. NO charge. I bought 2 bagels yesterday, got cream cheese with both, no extra charge. All the other times, no charge. Employee asks if I want one, then says she’ll ring it up. Ring what up? I’ve NEVER been charged for cream cheese. It was $1.25. I had $1.18 left on my Starbucks card. A local coffee shop NEVER charges for cream cheese. I guess I’m going local daily now instead of several days a week to Starbucks. Is this how the new CEO is going to nickel and dime customers? I’ve already gotten drinks short an inch, all bubbles from shaking the drink, not any added creams, foams, whips, nothing. I noticed fewer customers since the new CEO announcement. Complain about a drop in profits, infinitesimal, and drop the specials that bring in customers, and nickel and dime regular customers. See how fast your profits plummet. How much does that tiny tub of cream cheese cost? I haven’t paid for it ONCE in all the years I’ve been going to Starbucks. I’m not starting now.

I ordered my food and drinks on the app. It took 35 minutes in a Saturday and when I arrived on time the sandwiches were cold and one of the drinks was in the drive up and the other wasn’t there. Find another location.
