Stood for ten minutes listening to a conversation between a Mariano's employee and a Starbucks employee on some surgery on an elbow without being acknowledged at all by either employee who clearly saw me standing in line. As I was walking away, I heard the employee say something about an issue with a machine. Food for thought in a customer service environment - acknowledge a customer, say hi, I'll be right with you. We are having problems with a machine as opposed to ignoring a customer completely. Shame on both employees.

Placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 7:56am… Barista was too busy on her phone to worry about making the orders until I had to say something to her then she decided to pull the tickets. Absolutely ridiculous!

The presentation of the sandwich was fantastic prior to me, dropping it on my shift knob uhh..
Atmosphere is what you would expect from Starbucks, flamboyant people perpetually, gazing at their exorbitant apple products.
As far as service goes, I left with haste this morning and didn’t grab my water bottle . And sure enough before succumbing to dehydration I was offered an ethos water bottle.
Bonus points to the brunette ? that shouted at me “Hello” felt like a Dragonborne spoke to me.

I threw out my coffee and my wrap. My Americano was watered down and my wrap was burnt. The Baristas definitely do not appear to take pride in their job at this location I would avoid it and go up the street to the next

Angelic (the manager surprisingly) always makes my drinks wrong and doesn’t treat employees well. The barista there at the time tried to make me a drink, but then angelic told them to make it a different way and when i received it it tasted bad. She told them off for making it the way they were instructed to. I would not recommend this place if she is there.

This used to be the best starbucks location. I came here almost every day to get a drink but after the new manager for this location came in i stopped going when shes around she always makes my drinks wrong and treats the employees rudely. Kaley is really nice and dose a great job making drinks.They also dont accept apple pay, google pay, samsung pay, or tap.

Got a cold bacon Gouda sandwich. On top the bread was toasty but inside it was very cold. The egg was horrible cold. I always get the same sandwich at every Starbucks and never had a problem.
