I had orange chicken. It was pretty mediocre, more like a strip mall restaurant would serve. I didn't like that with 2 people they put an 18% tip on the bill. I usually tip with cash and tip 20% so because they did that I didn't. And he didn't actually deserve 20% because we talked for about 30 min after we finished our meal and he never cleared our dishes off the table.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had a carry out from Woow. I don’t know what they sent us home with but that was not sushi, not fish, 100% inedible. The salmon slices were grey and all the sushi had ZERO taste.

I used to love this places food, but over the past few months it has not been nearly as tasty and fresh. The sushi in particular just hasn't been the same. The edamame is also not as fresh. I hate to say it but I will be going elsewhere for sushi going forward. It's still decent but don't expect top tier, best sushi of your life rolls anymore.

Ive eaten at Woows at least 50 times. Ive had a bad service experience at least 1 out of 4 times.Usually its horrendous wait for service even during slow times. No one should wait more than 10 min to be recognized that they are seated and waiting to order drinks or food. Waitress not to be found. Ill just get up and leave after noticing staff on floor is standing around. Then someone will come and explain that they are your server as your leaving. Food has always been Good. Today was the last time dealing with lousy service. Plenty of other places to eat and spend my money. Sorry but I have given this place lots of chances and will find a new sushi restaurant to go to. ?

My husband and I came here for a date night on Friday at 7:30pm. Our server tried to rush us to order everything at once after placing your drink order. Although I appreciate fast service, I would like to enjoy my meal without having to be rushed out the door.Also- don’t order the tuna here. It’s very fishy.

This place is yuck...sushi was falling apart, understaffed, and the manager and host had no social skills. The place was empty and he had us waiting 30 minutes. The only good thing in that restaurant was our waitress Lily.

Placed a last minute catering order here, and the staff was incredibly helpful and quick. The food was incredible. Superman roll, highly recommend.
