First off the New Lenox one is 100 times better.
I will never go to the Mokena one again for a series of problems.
1) Guy took 10 minutes to input my order
2) Guy didn’t really speak English and was the only one there
3) the pasta top was not put on properly and spilled all over the inside of the bag
4)didn’t include any plastic wear.

Poor customer service, poor quality! Received our pizza an hour and 45 minutes later which I knew because they were busy. We got it and it was cold. I called and they said sorry we tried to keep it hot but we’re busy. I told him to refund my money he said I can’t do that I can only do 50% off. Or send a new pizza in two hours. With everything going on in the world wouldn’t you want to keep your customers happy. Plenty of other pizza places out there. Don’t recommend!!
