“Everything is great here, but I have one issue. Can you please refinish the seats of your chairs. Either they’re sticky from not being cleaned properly or it’s the finish itself that is deteriorating and is somehow becoming sticky. The other day when I was leaving, the fabric of my shorts stuck to the chair as if it was Velcro. It just gave me this like gross feeling as if it has never been cleaned. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and bring it to your attention so you can address the situation.“

“My husband and I were visiting from Las Vegas. Even though we have a Giordano’s in LV, it tastes so much better in IL. I had originally made an online order (stuffed pizza) but realized I ordered just cheese and forgot to add sausage. How can you order a Giordano's stuffed pizza without sausage?? SMH. When I went inside to pick up our order, I had spoken with Mistie. I had explained to her my mistake and she informed me that I would have to purchase another pizza with sausage. I told her that it was my mistake and that was not a problem. Michele (manager) was also there and when I mentioned we were from LV, she said “you know we have a location in LV?” We mentioned we tried it there before but it never tastes the same. She stated it’s because of the water and climate. Which made perfect sense. Plus we were also bringing home a pizza for a friend, so wanted it to be correct. My husband had noticed that they had a freezer of frozen stuffed pizza and we had asked Mistie if she would recommend those over a fresh pizza. She mentioned that she would get someone from the back to answer that question. She and a gentleman by the name of Odis came back to the front. We had explained to him that we were going to bring the pizza home with us (to Las Vegas) and asked if a fresh pizza or a frozen one would be best, since we would have to freeze the fresh one anyways. Odis was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful advising that in our case it would be best to take home a frozen one (as they are made in IL) so it would taste the same as the fresh. Also, it would protect from any airborne illness (since the frozen one was already sealed.) Glad we had asked, as it made our decision easier and got the frozen. Odis definitely made our experience more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your generosity, Odis. We can’t thank you enough for turning my original mistake into something so much more memorable. When we are in town again, we will come visit this location again.“

“We walked in at closing time, but they made pizza for us even though it would mean staying open late.The man that took our order could not have been more likable. The pizza was amazing. And it remained hot until we got back to our hotel 15 minutes away. The price is reasonable. 5 stars all the way around.“

“Have ordered this place a few times through uber eats, and loved their food, so decided to stop in. Have friends and family who have said good things about the place (just had a whole event catered by them). I always shop Rubinos but decided to try here. What a mistake. I simply was trying to ask about some of the cold deli salads that weren’t priced or had descriptions. Was met with a pretty rude and condescending elderly woman. I decided to just leave without purchasing anything due to the experience. Hopefully she cheers up because she definitely isn’t helping your business!“

“I ask waitress to close the blinds and then the hostess open them and we were not happy. Other then that we had a great time and I would tell all my friends about this place. The food was great and lots of it. We would go back again. It was are first time there and my friends recommend this place that it was a nice place for dinner. They were very friendly and the waitress was very helpful. They didn't rush out of the place and we could take are time ordering too. We only see are friends once a year because we are from out of town.“
