On my way home from a pickup from O’Hare I found this gem only 13 minutes away from the airport and heading in the right direction. I had the smoked corned beef hash with eggs. It’s the plate to order if you’re a meat eater. Prices were reasonable and parking nearby. It’s a must go to if you’re heading to or on your way home ORD.

We just left this place. It’s Mother’s Day. We got there and the man said about 25 minutes for a table. It was about 10 am. After about 35 minutes we noticed the man seating people that had JUST arrived. We heard a man saying to the man seating people that they were just two so they probably didn’t have to wait too long. The man seating people seemed unprepared as did the restaurant! By this time our party had been waiting for OVER an hour. We asked him how much longer and he just shook his head and said, annoyed, “I mean I can probably sit you at different tables…otherwise I don’t know how much longer.” We told him it’s been over an hour. Big disappointment! If we go out for Mother’s Day together we expect to eat together. The man had people’s names on a pad of paper. Kept telling people that were coming in that it would be 35 minutes. We left and went to McDonald, on Mother’s Day. Maybe if his establishment would have been prepared for a mother’s day crowd he could have estimated more accurately about the wait time.

We were not able to join you for Mother’s Day so there’s no need for a thank you. You didn’t welcome everybody who came by because you sat people that showed up after parties that were already there. You DID NOT try your very best. Like I said this restaurant was so unorganized and failed miserably. Your apology does not fit the circumstances.

This place is amazing! Been there several times for lunch with clients and have dined there with my wife. Whether I've ordered breakfast or lunch, the food has always been great! The service and owner are very nice and personable and talk to us and every other customer every time I've been there. I highly recommend you go and eat here, whether you're in the neighborhood or have to drive a distance to get here. You will not be disappointed with the food, ambiance and friendliness of the entire staff!

When we walked in the place was sparkling clean and the waiter greeted us with a hefty smile. We ordered and food was ready quick. It was very yummy and reasonable. I highly recommend going here. They are closed early as is mostly breakfast. Lunch only so you know.! 230pm its closed
We arrived right at 1:45. So the busy rush was over, and by the time we left, we were the last ones there. So it looks empty, but it was busy earlier when we came in.

When you enter the door, they greet you, seat you and you have water right away. Food was excellent and it matched the service. Favorite breakfast spot. Popeyes Omelet and the Churro pancakes were amazing!
