I had a bad experience with a different Jersey Mike's with customer service, liking the sandwich I went to this location. Everything was excellent. This will be my new store. Connor and his crew were great.
We ordered on line and for the second time they got the order wrong. Last time we called and they credited us for the mistake. When we called this time whomever answered the phone and claimed to be the manager said we had to bring the sandwich in and then hung up on us. When we called back to get the information about the general manger he hung up on us again. Needless to say not only do we not recommend Jersey Mike’s we will not longer be ordering from this company again.
