Terrible experience today. Ordered pasta and a pizza. Pizza wasn’t cut and the pasta had no sauce . Called up there and all I got from Caleb was what do you want me to do about it? Last time we go there. Terrible, Terrible , Terrible. Also the Driver was rude . Which was also Caleb.

We have lived in Freeburg for more than a decade and the Domino's here just keeps getting better. The pizzas are as good as the look, side dishes are delicious and when dealing with the employees they are always courteous. Easily the best delivery pizza in town!

This location can not make a Pan Pizza. I'm not sure if they don't have the capability, or the know how. but I always order a pan pizza (the edge to edge topping pizza with no crust), and always just get a soggy regular pizza with about 3in of crust all the way around.

The place was very clean and organized, staff were very kind and friendly and food was out very quickly! There's also a chalkboard where less can draw, but there wasn't any chalk when I was there. I would've left a doodle if I could.

Collinsville Domino's the last sausage pizza . Not done dough was raw in middle, sausage. No comment. Delivered and driver dropped order! WTH OH WELL, Back to IMO's I goCustomer Mike
They are very unsanitary. I have never been in to order and always ordered online and I am glad that I went in. They do not use gloves to make the food. They touch phones, the cash register and all sorts of things without washing hands. I sat and watch an employee pick ear wax from his ear and touch his phone while making food, it made me sick. I will never eat here again. Just a warning to all.

Paid extra for specialty pizza they not only said they got it but tipped each "kid" 10$ Benefit of Doubt mind you did not check got home none of the extras i paid for or even normal toppings on pizza then called back later with credit to have "kids laughing in background " while i stated the problem that was previously addressed then manager which is a kid had looked and told me no credit to try and dodge an magically findorder and tell me what was the problem ?then i proceeded to make order and spent more on top the credit he says 30 to 40 minsfor him to hang up the second I told him what I wanted

Ordering on the app is a total pain. The pizza was hot and delicious the chicken was good reason foreason for the low rating was there was meat on my vegetarian pizza vegetarian pizza and it made me sick. Domino's has to do better making sure they have a vegetarian only cutting apparatus to make sure vegetarian's pizza is not cut by the same cutter as meat pizza.

We’ve been ordering here for some time but today’s experience confirmed it’s not worth the money. Undercooked and sloppy mess of a pizza. Forgetting side sauce we paid for was the icing on the cake. Save yourself a disappointment and order elsewhere
