Iced coffee has sugar in it. I will say it again. ICED COFFEE HAS SUGAR IN IT because you all are clearly not aware of that. Its in a bottle called liquid sugar....you use it by pressing the top and pumping it. You're welcome.

The people working the drive through are always friendly when we visit. We travel through on our way home from visiting family in Belleville. The food is hot and well prepared. It's McDonald's so no surprises with the food other than we really enjoy the warm cookies! 🍪 Great job!

Usually I am pleased with this location,but this time the manager lied to me, I requested no salt on my fries and for some fresh nuggets, they took old stuff and redipped it in the fryer, my nuggets were dark and my fries were dark and tastes like melted salt still. I called in and the manager wanted to Justify that they wouldn't do that. Yeah, ok. Very poor customer service and my time wasted driving 40mins to this location. Now I won't be coming back ever

I reviewed a McDonald's, but got the wrong one. The correct review was to be. That we showed up right before breakfast was ending and lunch was to start. We asked and we got breakfast. Supercool. Food we ordered was hot and delish. The McDonald's that I need to leave a poor review is the Columbia, IL unit. Sorry for any and all up setting reviews. Freeburg has always been a no problem, good service and good food McDonald's 👍

Always loved going here. Never have ever had a problem. Last two times I’ve had messed up food. Salty when asked for no salt. Cold food. No mayo on chicken sandwich. Inside out wrapper. Burnt fries. Hard buns. Changed for the worse

Good prep on food. Service was timely. Servers were Freindly. Only negitive was two of the three employees I was in contact with talked so fast we had to ask them more than once to repeat themselves. My teenage grandson son was with me, and he was unable to understand also.
