Been here several times when visiting family in Freiburg. Consistently good service. The food sometimes takes a while to come but it’s delicious.

Terrible! We got a table pretty quick. Took awhile to get waited on. No napkins, asked for some, the lady was "put out" and she practically threw them on the table. The cheeseburger soup was bland. Crackers would have been welcomed. No one was friendly. Cheese on my grilled cheese was burnt. Not a good experience. Would have been better off to go to McDonald's.

My granddaughter and I shared a spinach salad and a pizza. Both are good. My friend had the French onion soup. She said it was not very good. She only took a few bites. Her husband had the bison burger, and he said it was good. The service was not the greatest, but we were there the night of the towns homecoming parade and fair.

Crazy how this place has gone downhill! I have been going here since they open and tonight is the last time we will ever come in. It took us 55 minutes to get blackened chicken wrap, and a salad. We had three people ask us what we would like to drink, but None of them delivered what we ordered. Very sad, it was such a nice place before.

Reifschneiders is always a solid choice. While the Ribeye was too thin it was cooked perfectly and was tasty. The Cheeseburger is incredible and worth a visit by itself. Wonderful staff and atmosphere is good. We have dined in and done take out as well. Both options are solid.

Update- service is improving. Also the specials are often fantastic! Huge improvement. - previous - It's one of the few options for dinner in the area. The menu has a lot of great options. The food is just okay. Service could be better and staff could be more friendly. Not very consistent other than being mediocre.

Love this place! Always great food! Service is amazing! I came to celebrate a birthday and Jess went way above and beyond to make our visit amazing!

The triple smash burger was not smashed, and the patty’s were cut. The patty’s fell out before I even got the burger to my mouth. And I was not able to properly put it back together due to it being cut up. Not a very good first experience!!!

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Very friendly atmosphere. Greeted as soon as we entered. Our waitress was very friendly
Food was very good and would absolutely recommend it and come back
