It's Saturday Nov. 29th. 5:17pm. I called to check to see if they were open because I was having trouble with online ordering. The lady didnt let me finish asking if they were open before hanging up on me. I thought must of been a mistake until i called back twice and she turned the DND ringtone on. Whoever she is. Quit your job. You are a horrible representative to this Owners business. Get some respectful employees and hold them to a standard. Garbage attitudes run your business into the garbage.

Horrible service, acted like they couldn't hear order, after finally having to SCREAM the order (I bet beef-a-roo could hear the order plain as day), get to window to a rude attitude. Pull away to find the curly fries ordered were mozzarella sticks and sandwich bread was burnt to all get go, and hardly any meat on the sandwich. TERRIBLE!!

I am so sick of reading these poor reviews on employees here that people automatically wants to get someone to lose there. Job if you was in here listening like I was if you heard them right talking about a certain situation you would have heard the conversation right not just catching half of an employee conversation I have never had any problems with these employees at all they all have there oppion on certain thing that clearly some of you that put bad reviews on is pretty dumb

Some lady was screaming and yelling so loud that I could hear her all the way on the other side of the lobby man. This was around like 3:30 or so. I asked one of the employees and she said it was one of the managers screaming about little things people be missing here and there. And it's like dang bro that's some crazy nonsense right there because it's like these people probably getting fed table scraps just barely scraping by and I know they ain't getting paid enough to be screamed at like that. This woman in here acting like these people is her kids and she can talk to them any old way. Nah man. If you a manager you got to have some decorum and whatnot. You can't be acting like a high school kid throwing a tantrum. You got to be all like mature and such. Honestly bro I wouldn't even talk to my own kids that way let alone employees. I feel bad for that woman's kids man. She probably hits them. Honestly if I was your employee and you talk to me like that I wouldn't care enough about my job to put in much effort. So I can't blame nobody for not being motivated when they have to deal with that. Absolutely Wild man. Grown ah woman acting like she don't know how to compose herself. Bro take some anger management classes or something. Ain't got no business being a manager talking to people like that. Unprofessional and immature. I don't think your employees are the problem. Managers like that are bad for morale. Ain't no minimum wage job worth all that bro. It's just fast food it ain't that serious for real though

I was in here the other day and I heard this lady talking about how everyone who wasn't born here needs to go back to where they came from. Look, I am against illegal immigration as everyone should be. But people who came here legally have just as much right to be here as anyone who was born here. She was obviously trying to say that she thinks only white people have a right to be here without actually saying it. This company should be ashamed of themselves for hiring racists. I don't care if you are franchise or not. I'm going to the Press. And the aclu. And anyone else who will listen. Any business willing to hire someone like that has no right being a business. Prepare for severe backlash.

I went through Arby’s about 4 PM. I ordered a French dip sandwich that came with fries and a soda. The French dip sandwich didn’t hardly have any meat on it. I was so disappointed I did not want to go back because it’s a damn shame. I have to go back to spend my time to argue with someone over something I paid full price for. There was a piece of meat on one side of the sandwich and then on the other side of the sandwich there was a What was supposed to be on the other side? It wasn’t correct that’s what I’m getting at I Feldt ripped off. The fries were curly fries. They were OK, but they were more hard ones than soft ones.

I've only been to Arby's a few times. 2 times I can count in my whole life. Both being the worst experiences. The first time they didn't get my order right and the sandwich was small. Second time recently I got the 6.99 BOGO deal. The Beef and Cheddar x2. They were sloppily made and The meat tasted like someone ate it already and threw it up and cooked it. Left me very disgusted and sick literally. Food poisoning!! I will not be back and I will be in contact with the company about a refund. I've heard the same from someone I know in Ohio. Arby's you need to do better with quality meat and quality workers.

Came in this afternoon and the guy making food was coughing up a storm and constantly sniffling. Not coming back if they let sick people work around food. Pretty sure that's illegal.
Didn't get to eat here. Ordered after waiting 5 mins to be acknowledged. They brought it out with one completley wrong meal, I said this is wrong, they took it like they were remaking it without saying anything. Instead they just canceled the order and let me wait for it. I got a refund afyer going up and demanding one.. but what the hell? Baffled by this place.

I made an order on line for pick up cause I have the stomach flu. I went though drive thru and was told I need to come on and get. I told them I didn't think they wanted me inside and rudely they asked why. I told them I had the stomach flu. They then told me rudely al pick up orders are in side thank you. If they are OK with someone coming in with the stomach flu then what do they have around the food that they are serving. So I had to walk to the far end of the counter to pick up my food.
The food was pretty good, service was good and it was clean. The only complaint i had was i ate to much.
