However, I’ve been here about 4 times now (just moved here or it would be more) and the food has been absolutely awesome each time. What’s even better is every single employee has happy and positive spirits every single time. Such an awesome atmosphere where you truly feel appreciated as a customer.”

“We always enjoy going to the "Pub" for lunch. The servers , and the other people, are always friendly and helpful. We get the 14" thin crust pizza with 2 toppings quite often.Parking: We can usually park right in front of the entry door, or very close.”

“Some of the best food and service I’ve had in Freeport since I moved here 4yrs ago. Their food is always amazing and they are always so friendly, also my food is never wrong and I always get exactly what I ordered. With my dietary restrictions accuracy with the customizations to my order are very important and this place has never gotten it wrong and that’s a big deal here in Freeport. If you want the best Mexican food in Freeport this is the place to go!!! I order the Carne Mexicano with a few alterations, no onion, no cilantro, no tomatoes and no cheese but add mushrooms and it’s so good!!! Can’t wait to order again!! I would highly recommend!!! Btw if you like hot salsa ask for the house hot salsa, it’s amazing!!!!”

“Great spot in downtown Freeport! Stopped in yesterday for my lunch break to grab a to go order. I had the southwest salad and it was absolutely delicious, I will definitely be going back to try more! They were quite busy with it being lunch time but after only waiting a few minutes someone from the kitchen kindly came up and took my order. My wait time for my order to be completed was only 15 minutes.”

“Today was our first visit and it was excellent; Our waitress (a tall slim young lady whose name eludes me) was very courteous and friendly, my wife had the "steak salad" which she said was outstanding, I had the pork tenderloin that was the size of a Pontiac hubcap, and French fries, which also was excellent, and we had their hand battered onion rings...YUM! The prices are reasonable by todays standards; Oh yes, we'll be back!”

“Love dark coffee and chocolate stouts. The coca nuts was pretty good. I loved tje flavor. Not too thrilled of the bitter bite but after a few sips I rather enjoyed that part too. Will definitely have it again. The atmosphere is warm and sharp. I went when there was no one else and that's what I like. But I bet this place gets packed on the weekend summer nights.”

“The Wagner HouseI highly recommend this venue to have your wedding at and reception! We had our wedding on 10.21.23. It’s very industrial rustic. The owner Bill Is very friendly and accommodating. He has created a very elegant and unique event venue. The owner made us feel like family. The bar tenders and staff are all very polite. Savanna the event planner was very professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious. We got the ham with honey glaze, and grilled salmon for our reception. The rehearsal dinner we got the taco bar. The Bar staff was very accommodating to our specialty drinks. The speakeasy was a great space for the boys to get ready, and the bridal suite was everything I could have imagined for my day! We will forever be grateful for how they made our day so special!Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. “I had not been to the restaurant since I was a very little boy, but I distinctly remember during the summer watching the kids play baseball across the street. This time when I visited, the food and atmosphere took my breath away. The decor was fabulous, including a live piano which played many tunes that were both recognizable, and well received. The food was excellent as well. We had the deep dish Chicago style pizza and one piece was more than enough for each of us. There was also the friendly staff that helped us with the menus and was always on hand when we needed them.Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky on busier nights, as the parking lot for the building is a bit small and several other businesses in the area do not like to have people parking in their lots. With a bit of creativity though, there is plenty of parking if you are willing to cross the street.”

“I order pretty much the same thing every time I am there.The broiled Icelandic cod. It's a huge piece of fish. Comes with 2 sides, and I add 1 trip to the salad bar for $2.95.I always have leftovers.Good food, good prices.”
