Fiesta En Cancun Mexican Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. Guests enjoy the Carne Mexicano, Arroz con Shrimp, Burrito Cho-Cho, Steak Tacos, Queso Blanco, Chicken Fajitas, chips and salsa, and tacos with el pastor, chorizo, steak, and chicken. The food is described as fantastic, very good, amazing, excellent, and outstanding. The decor looks very authentic. However, there are occasional issues with staff forgetting special instructions, and some find the skinny margarita with orange juice a waste of time. Servers sometimes do not get simple orders, requiring multiple explanations. The atmosphere used to be more fun with old booths and chairs. Despite these problems, many guests enjoy their meals and plan to return.
