“They sing and dance when you order a large blizzard. And if you say, I feel a blizzard’s coming, that’s the code that makes them break into song and dance. They literally did a song and dance all over the entire dairy queen and my daughter was so happy she stood up and cheered.“
“If you go at night, they stop making chicken awhile before closing & sometimes run out of chicken pieces or crispy or original chicken & you have to take what they have left. (I learned not to go there a half hour to an hour before closing). Their shrimp is really good, but not all KFC's have fish or shrimp.“
“Not a fan of requesting tips for sandwich makers but I don't fault the employees for that. The food is always fresh and well made and ready for pick up on time. Sometimes the app doesn't accept corporate coupons which is annoying so I'd like if this location honored them.“
“These folks just took an obnoxiously large order for my family of 5 at the height of lunch rush. They responded rapidly and courteously and the food came out almost immediately. We were all prepared to be waiting 5+ minutes. Impressively fast and the people were kind. We really appreciate their service.“
“Food was hot, made correctly but girl (Jo) that waited on me was awesome. Great customer service ...she saw that I was cold and made a comment and made me laugh. She did well cleaning the near by tables and chairs. She seemed very dedicated and she made my day when she talked to me as she cleaned. “Burger King breakfast is by far so amazing. It has such a beautifully inviting vibe. I accredit that to the workers who are so AWESOME! They make you feel so comforted and cared for in little interactions. If you want to have a good morning I suggest going to burger King in Freeport for breakfast!“
“We visited this Freeport location today. The food was fine as it is at any Arby's, but I wanted to draw attention to a particular employee who was rudely outted by her supervisor. We were taking a very long time to decide what to order, in an otherwise relatively empty restaurant, (we don't frequently eat at fast food restaurants and needed extra time to review the menu). The team member who was at the counter (I later learned her name was Chaka) had turned her back to us momentarily. Her supervisor noticed us walking up to the counter and asked us, "Are you ready to order?" I replied, "Yes." The supervisor then said to Chaka, "You need to pay attention!" I turned to Chaka and said, "In your defense, we were taking a very long time to order." Chakra thanked me for my kind words. I personally felt the supervisor's unnecessary comment, in front of customers, was far more rude than Chaka not noticing the very second we decided we were ready to order. Customer service and professionalism go further than the front counter cashier. To Chaka, you're doing a good job, and I hope negative comments- like the one from your supervisor today- are a rare occurrence!“
“The food is good, but the thickness of the burgers is never close to their photos. Seems like you gotta order a double to really get any substantial protein. Service time was excellent. Counter people were very polite and confirmed our order. I'll always go back.“
