“Always great tasting , fresh food but what separates Chick-fil-A from any other restaurant is the service. No one comes remotely close to the hospitality, cheerfulness, and politeness of the Chick-fil-A employees. This is ? “This a pretty solid taco bell. But CONSISTENTLY every time I order a stacker with steak, and rice around 5pm, I get about 1+ inch of empty tortilla on top of the item. Like come on. I'm already paying $0.90 cents for steak. And another $0.90 cents for the rice and sauce I but I get way less food than if I were to order beef instead. A manager must work around this time who's a real stickler on portions. But every other item is great and every time I go the workers are wonderful. The food is really good. That's my only complaint is all the empty tortilla I gotta bite through to get a bite with some food. Hope this can change in the future“

“Saturday 6/11 we ordered $96 worth of food at the East State location. Went to pick it up and the owner asked what we needed. We stated we order food and gave her our name. She was lscrambling and said she doesn’t have an order for us. We ordered it online and she found it. She gave us 3 bags. We wanted to open them to make sure everything was there. She said “ I personally bagged the order, it’s all there,” in a sarcastic tone. Okay since she’s the owner we took her word for it. Got home and we’re missing 4 items. Called her to credit the debit card and she said she couldn’t but can give us a gift card for the amount. Food was hot, quality was pretty good. But honestly I won’t ever go back. For being the owner, and a local restaurant she was not friendly and didn’t even Thank us when we left. She needs training on how to greet and thank her customers. Paninos…STEP UP YOUR GAME!“

“Tried DQ's mobile ordering for the first time at the Rockford Charles Street location. Easy to do. Went to pick up, thinking we had adjusted the location to one closer, but it didn't save (5 miles difference). However, the staff at both locations (Riverside by I90) were excellent! “I was very pleased with the service today. I had ordered a large Carmel iced coffee and asked it to be made a little sweeter since the one the day before had such a strong coffee taste. When I got it was absolutely perfect. The fries were lukewarm but still had a great taste and my Big Mac was very saucy, messy to eat, but very tasty. Also, the girl taking my order was very helpful with the questions that I asked while ordering. The only thing lacking was the large fry was on the skimpy side as the container was not even full.“

“I visited this location and had an awesome visit. There was a younger gentleman maybe mid 20s I believe he said his name was keyon not sure how to spell it. But he had awesome customer service. He was very polite and friendly, made us laugh a few times while ordering and waiting for our food and even asked us if we needed anything else after bringing our food out to us instead of calling our names like the other locations do. We will definitely return to this location because of the energy and vibe we feel at this location.Great job guys“

Every time I try to click contact us on the app or the web It allows me to fill everything out but won't let me.submut it. So now it's being left as a review for everyone to see instead of just the company. I will be deleting the app once I have my money refunded to my account AGAIN. I've ordered / tried to order food on your app I wanna say at least 12-13 times this month, out of those 12-13 times I got charged for my order but the app says error and doesn't send over the order at least 8 or 9 times. But the worse part is not only do I get charged for the food and have to wait for a refund I then can't even get the food I was trying to order / the price because it's online exclusive items / pricing. I have to buy my food again and end up losing my rewards points on top of paying more for the food. Just complete garbage of an app.But like I said I'll be deleting it after I get my money refunded again and just stick to the other fast food chains that I haven't had an issue with.“

They also made food pretty quickly and had plenty of people working here. The inside was decently clean, including the bathrooms.Obviously this is still a BK so nothing special, but given what you pay and quality of food relative to other BKs, this is a better burger King location.“

“Wooo weeeee! This place is so good! The owner there is super nice and you can tell she loves what she does. She noticed there was a line building up and She came from the back to help the guy in front of us order on the touch screen and was gracious enough to help us and others too. As for the UNUSUALS, they are sooooooo good. The granita and ice cream were very good quality. They ruined slushies and ice cream at Sonic for me since they will never compare to Zammuto’s lol. “This was my first time having Steak n’ Shake. That was the best burger and shake I have ever had and I mean that so wholeheartedly. Also, they have the skinny fries so they were also UNBELIEVABLY good.

When Doritos runs $6 a bag, and these pizzas are loaded with ingredients, including crushed Doritos on top, prices will rise. Nonetheless, for the quality and amount of toppings, these guys come through. It's a further drive for us, but worth the extra effort to pick up.“
