“Stopped here a couple times while we were in town. Beer was great and the full menu had a lot to choose from. Definitely on my list to visit again should we find ourselves in the area.Parking: There is a lot across the street that is a short walk away if there are no spots available right at the brewery.Kid-friendliness: We saw lots of families with kids while we were there, so it looks to be popular with families with small kids.“
“It your typical counter service walk-up. But the food was AMAZING!! We had Italian beef (wet for me! ) with fries. It was one of the best I've had. Also, if you like gyro my BFF says it's the only place in town to go!! It's a must try!!“
“We are vegetarian, and their egg white omelet is super delicious! It includes onions, green peppers, red peppers and spinach. So good! And you can add peppers and onions to their extra crispy hash browns. My husband and I really enjoyed our breakfast! Can't show a picture 'cause I ate every bite!“
“Stopped in here on a Friday afternoon when passing through the city of Rockford, IL, quickly touring through a handful of destinations on the Peaches Fan Trail. The Rockford Peaches frequented this bar during the season, so I wanted to enjoy a drink in the same space. Brad served us our drinks and was very friendly, telling us about his travels throughout his life. I asked if they had any peach drinks (to stay on theme) and he made one up on the spot- it was delicious! He mixed peach Jim Beam, Sprite, and lemonade, garnished with a lime. He asked us what they should call it- the Dottie. The space was clean, drinks were affordable, and I hope to return during the lively hours one night when passing through Rockford again.“
“Wonderful dining experience with the best bar staff. Happy and proud to be called a regular hereWheelchair accessibility: Two handicap parking stalls located by the front entrance. Around 5-10 low top tables for wheelchair accessibility. I've seen managers move tables to accommodate to all levels of accessibility upon request too.“
“What a fun discovery! Went looking for an early dinner spot after the Burpee Museum, to avoid driving back to Chicago in traffic. Could not have asked for better service or a cozier vibe. Seriously did not know Rockford had an arts scene, nor a funky neighborhood like the North End. Food was inventive and delicious, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The cocktails were ??especially the Floradora and the SooLong Winter, made with a tea infusion (pic). My husband has difficulty walking but he had no issues here. The staff even gifted my daughter with an adorable moose pin for her bday ? If I ever get back to Rockford, this is my spot!Vegetarian options: Pesto Knot, Cauliflower Salad, Artichoke Tacos, Spring Fritters from a Spring Equinox menu.Parking: Parking behind building, enter from King Street or Latham.“
