Offering of course the standard cafe items, but Also an ever changing seasonal menu of specialty drinks. A multitude of non-dairy options. These folks understand coffee and it's place on a local and global scale.Vegetarian options: There is no meat served here at all.Dietary restrictions: Pretty much every baked good is baked using a milk substitute.Parking: Park in the public lot across Main St. The 1st hour is free.“

“I've ordered twice now from Crust and Crumbles for work meetings. They do not disappoint and the product is a lot nicer than say, bringing donuts from a national chain, with people happily impressed.Each time I've ordered, it has been over the phone and staff have been great, explaining the products and being patient while I'm in a hurry and multitasking.On pickup, the shop looks clean and attractive, people are happy, and there is typically a small line (which is rapidly served.) The only negative there is that later in the day their selection may be limited due to sales.Everything I've tasted has been great and the prices are reasonable. They have become my go-to pastry place in Rockford. Cheers!“
“Katie's cup is a great place to have an event. I threw my bridal shower at their facility and everything went nicely. The staff was nice and helpful and the place is a very pretty place too I have an event.They had one staff member there during my shower and she was helpful and polite and assisted when needed.You can bring your own food or they will provide food for you. I brought my own food with my slow cookers to keep everything warm.“

“I had an issue with my drink, I didn't notice it was a drink with oil in it and I contacted this location about it, Nick was 10/10 so sweet and educated me about this drink and it was not mistake that it has olive oil, that the drink is supposed to be like it. I had no idea and sadly it was not my type of drink and Nick even offered to switch my drink for me! “It was a busy site with many people coming and going. It was very noisy with all the activities in the room.The orders were provided accurately and quickly. The nice apart about a Starbucks is no matter where you go, the results are very similar!!“
“I was very pleased with the service today. I had ordered a large Carmel iced coffee and asked it to be made a little sweeter since the one the day before had such a strong coffee taste. When I got it was absolutely perfect. The fries were lukewarm but still had a great taste and my Big Mac was very saucy, messy to eat, but very tasty. Also, the girl taking my order was very helpful with the questions that I asked while ordering. The only thing lacking was the large fry was on the skimpy side as the container was not even full.“
