“September 5th, 2026 was the first time I've ever had Candy Cloud. The beverages ARE phenomenal. If you have a sweet tooth & are craving variety. The experience is unique for a cafe. The experience is beautiful. The beverages are high quality. The espresso tasted great. I dearly appreciate the experience. I purchased the pumpkin spice iced latte add boba and drizzled honey. ❤‍🔥🤤 My friend got the dirty pie shake. That looked great. I would come here again!!“

“Not a big flavored coffee drinker but Meg's is changing my views. Wonderful coffee and the staff couldn't be friendler or more informative, especially Mia.“

“A really good morning stop! Food is actually on par with the coffee for once! 5 stars for sure!“

“Anyone can sell you coffee and pastries. There are over 68 coffee and tea establishments in the Rockford area alone. There are 11 coffee shops from one national brand and another 5 from a national chain that specialize in donuts. So why do I go to Meg’s? The people that sell me my coffee are the reason. I’m not alone in this thought. It’s like going to the fictitious local bar “Cheers” in the 80’s. Everyone is treated the same. Welcomed, greeted cheerfully, and asked if they are having their usual. How do they remember everyone’s “regular”? I think it’s because they care. One other thing brings me in…the coffee and menu items are incredible!“

“Stopped by here today for the first time in search of some good croissants from a real bakery. I ordered one almond and a few butter croissants. I was blown away by how amazing they were in taste, texture, and size. I will be back very soon!“

“Our thanks to Katie’s Cup for providing a coffee bar at Patriots Gateway Center for a Civil Rights Conference hosted by Zion Lutheran Church. Stevie, the manager at Katie’s Cup, was easy to work with as we planed our event. Thank you for providing delicious hot brewed coffee for us!“

“Mo provides a quality experience with every visit to his cafe. He makes phenomenal Pakistani and American food from the kitchen, with great coffee and liquor options from the bar. The quality and diversity of his products and services, along with his affordable pricing, make this business one of rockford's great hidden gems.“

“Always got Dutch Bros in Arizona before it came to Rockford. I'm so happy they're here! Smooth coffee everytime, and the staff is super friendly. Azalea took my order and was super informative about menu items and introduced me to drinks I've never had in Arizona. She's awesome! I appreciate her taking time explaining the options.“

“The line moves smoothly, service was pretty quick and everything is always delicious. The coffee consistently tastes the same, which is something that seems to be a problem for other coffee chains in the area. Highly recommend, their coffees taste delicious without having to make alterations.“

“The sandwich spot is a great place for delicious soups and sandwiches. I eat there 1-2 times per week and have tried most things on the menu- including their all day breakfast sandwich!“

“The employees, Vhallen and Brittany, were welcoming, hospitable, friendly, helpful, and sweet! I had probably the best experience of my life in this starbucks. The smile didn’t leave my face the whole time I was inside. Thank you for everything and I want you to know I will be returning with haste. Much love.“

“I went to Starbucks around 8pm today and had the best experience ever with the two girls working who helped me through the drive through. I did not get their names but they helped my daughter and I. Best customer service I have had in a long time.“

“It was right across the street from our hotel. Saw the sign for the Oleato. The barista introduced us to the concept of infused olive oil into the sacred elixir of espresso and, in this instance, oat milk. I ordered the latte with oat milk and my spouse ordered the iced espresso version. This was a game changer!! I am having to routinely add 1-2 sugar packets to my Starbucks lattes and here I didn’t have to add any sweetener at all! What a lovely drink. We’d intended to hit the road immediately yet I was so stopped in my tracks, I consumed nearly all of it within minutes! If you love extra virgin olive oil, this will likely be a delight! It was for us! Very courteous service and so close to interstate for fairly easy on/off driving.“

“I love coming to Starbucks! It’s the little things that brighten your day the most 🥰😁“

“I love the customer service.“

“Had lunch there today with my wife and we have been to many many McDonalds over the years but never have i been to one that was as clean and well run as this one. They were a little shy on the fry's, but it was handled by who i presumed to be the owner himself. I've never felt thew need to review a McDonalds restaurant until today. The food was fresh and hot. Great job.“

“Well Jenna ( Jay ) was a great cashier. She helped us get the order placed with side salads for substitution of frys. lots of smiles. Hot food thank you to the whole team.“
