“We went through the drive through and headed back home. We didn't take our first sips until we got home to realize the drink they made us was wrong. After finishing what we needed to at home, we went back with our drinks to let them know it was wrong. They apologized and made our drinks correctly right away. There was no one in lobby so we stayed drinking our lattes and watching Jeopardy on TV.
The reason I'm giving this experience a favorable rating is because we all make mistakes. It's how you respond to it that makes the difference. They were polite, friendly and apologized right away.“

“An average, but great Dunkin'! I stopped here on a road trip, and this store was a usual and standard Dunkin'. For our meal, we ordered the $6 Meal Deal, which included a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and a medium iced coffee. They give you an option to either put the sandwich on a bagel or croissant, and we chose to put it on a bagel. We also got a iced coffee with french vanilla, cream and sugar. We also got a couple donuts, which are standard, great fare. No notes on that. Now for my experience, The location is very convenient, being located just off Route 20! Also, when we went, it wasn't very busy, however that might change depending on how many people are coming in. Also, if you're wondering about the interior, it's nothing special. It's a standard atmosphere, however, there are no order kiosks. Overall, if you're looking for a quick breakfast stop, this place is great!“

“I love coming to this Dunkin. Despite living across town, I always prefer to come to this one. But I want to talk about one time particular I came in here. I was working for Uber Eats and the store was about to close. The girls there made sure everyone was taken care of and they were short staffed. They apologized for taking a while with the order. I told them that they were busy and just doing their job and it wasn’t an issue. Very respectful.
As for the other times I come in, they’re quick. In and out. Love this location.“

“This is a drive thru only Dunkin, two lanes one to order and the other one for mobile orders only. I truly never had a bad experience at this location and been coming here for little over a year. I’m honesty shocked about these reviews. It’s honestly one of my fave Dunkin’s too.“

“I went through the drive thru today and ordered food and a drink. I was told to park and wait for my food in the parking lot. 15 minutes goes buy and I still don’t have food so I go inside. The staff were excellent with their customer service and very apologetic. I received fresh food and free donuts for the wait. I understand rush hour gets busy and people get over looked. It’s how they responded when the mistake was brought to their attention that matters and they did a great job with fixing what was wrong! Keep up the great work!“
