An average, but great Dunkin'! I stopped here on a road trip, and this store was a usual and standard Dunkin'. For our meal, we ordered the $6 Meal Deal, which included a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and a medium iced coffee. They give you an option to either put the sandwich on a bagel or croissant, and we chose to put it on a bagel. We also got a iced coffee with french vanilla, cream and sugar. We also got a couple donuts, which are standard, great fare. No notes on that....read full review
Food was delicious and ready. When I pulled up to the window. However, the attitude on all the employees, only two that I saw was definitely less than satisfactory service. With a smile used to be a thing. I've had several times i've been through, and that same crew has had the same poor attitude
They got our ON LINE ORDER WRONG, ( NO DONUTS) AND when I called them about it, there was NO APOLOGY, JUST “He can come and get them, !! “ I was not rude , but when my husband went to pick them up, the order was STILL WRONG, SO HE SHOWED the young girl the order on his phone and a WOMAN he figured was THE MANAGER STARTED YELLING AT HIM !! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT, especially when it’s in the ORDER ?? I am totally shocked by this whole situation...read full review
