Very bad service and the wait time for two frappes is 25 minutes, I don't recommend going.
The most terrible service I’ve had bad service. For the staff The first time he threw the food at me and now he talks to me in a bad tone and gives me the cold food.
Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Never going back

Bucciferro Family McDonald's receives mixed reviews from customers. Some praise it as the best in town, noting they are not raising prices. The ice coffees are described as the best, the bathroom is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Fresh fries are highlighted as a particular strength.
However, other experiences are negative. Several customers report incorrect or lukewarm orders, with complaints about stale buns and unmelted cheese. The inside of the restaurant is described as very dirty and messy by some. One visitor was disappointed to find the advertised play place was not there. Issues with ordering include problems at the kiosk and incorrect orders taken at the register, leading to long waits. The music inside was also cited as too loud. A specific positive note mentions a staff member who helpfully assisted a customer with the McDonald's app.
