Drove 3 hours to swedish hospital to say goodbye to my brother. All I wanted was a coffee before hand. The drive through line was way to long so i ran inside. I waited 20 minutes and not a thing. People were infront of me still waiting aswell. I just walked out. Service is terrible. Ignored. Place is a joke.

Very poor service to the counter. I was ignored for over 10 minutes of waiting patiently for my order to be taken. One worker saw me waiting and activly ignored me. One man came in after i had been waiting for 5 minutes, waited for about 3 minutes then left because we were being ignored. Another worker finally came over and took my order. The same worker who refused to take my order served my drinks and did not say they were ready. He did not speak to me at all, just the silent treatment. I will not be going back.
