I go through the drive through every morning on my way to work. I order the same drink every day, this morning my drink is not right there is no vanilla in it at all and they didn't put a drink receipt on my cup so idk what it is but it is absolutely gross. Tasted like old coffee that's been sitting! I called and let them know it was gross and I wouldn't be drinking it but I was on my way to work a half hour away and couldn't bring it back now. I am not going to this location again. The staff is rude. I let it go the first few times because I understand working in a busy environment. Today was enough to make me decide to take my business to Starbucks. The drive is not much further and the people are always nice. I rarely order donuts here because all day donuts is better, but I was passing there on my way home. The “GM” is literally slow. Has a straight attitude because her and the 2 other employees messed up my coffee. Called and told them my coffee was wrong and they said we can come back and get them remade so I drove 10 minutes to go get my coffee REMADE and she gets a straight attitude and says they can’t and won’t fix my coffee. I will NEVER come back to Dunkin. She should be fired.
