They should not be open the hours that they have at night because they are always out of everything!
OMG! I got a vanilla long John. It was so fresh; soft!
I love coming to this Dunkin. Despite living across town, I always prefer to come to this one. But I want to talk about one time particular I came in here. I was working for Uber Eats and the store was about to close. The girls there made sure everyone was taken care of and they were short staffed. They apologized for taking a while with the order. I told them that they were busy and just doing their job and it wasn’t an issue. Very respectful.

Dunkin' is a bustling spot where the hardworking staff sometimes struggle to keep up with the demand. Despite occasional shortages and slow service, the afternoon crew stands out for their dedication. The drive-thru may be tricky to navigate, but orders are usually prepared quickly and correctly. However, some customers have experienced issues with coffee availability and flavor varieties, suggesting room for improvement in management.
Recently, some customers noted that their sandwiches were burned, and one mentioned not receiving straws for drinks. While there were moments of disappointment, an employee did step in to address the situation positively. Another employee, Cece, received praise for her amazing service, quickly helping a customer find a drink they enjoyed and making it herself.
However, not all visits have been smooth. One customer reported a long wait at the counter, feeling undervalued despite the staff working hard to handle the rush. Dunkin' could benefit from more employees to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a better overall experience.
