McDonald's offers a convenient curbside pickup and a variety of menu items, including their classic apple pies. The food is often described as "perfect" by customers. However, some have experienced issues with delayed or incorrect orders, leading to frustration. The interior atmosphere has been impacted by the introduction of kiosks, making it less appealing to dine in.
The morning staff is amazing - friendly, efficient, and the orders are always correct. However, the evening staff has received criticism for poor customer service, with one customer reporting being made fun of and having a drink spill due to inadequate lid placement, with no apology offered. Despite these issues, the restaurant has received praise for an employee named Jordan, who provided a warm greeting, professional manner, and encouragement to visit again - a rare experience for this customer at McDonald's.
