Food is alright, young lady at the drive thru asking people if she can keep the change after costumer pays in cash, I’m sure they were under the influence of some type of drug looking at the way she was acting and her coworkers….. anyways it’s Rockford what can we expect lol
First timer, woah that's hot n fresh! Love the batter. Great flavor. What I didn't like, broken soap dispenser in a very dirty bathroom. Walking out of the bathroom I see the kitchen door propped open and I glimpse into a messy kitchen. I had concerns about what the after effects would be. But food was great.

The food was old,cold,& ff were soggy. And you get a receipt there's no store survey number on it so you can't even do a survey. I contacted their corporate office to find out their franchise and their standards are not the same I guess, we'll never go there again
