It's amazing how much this location sucks compared to the rest of the locations in rockford. Service, wait times, and quality is bad.
If you want to waste your time with incorrect orders or being lied to by staff just come here. No one here ever seems to be in positive mood. This is just my experiences here. I make it a point to find another for my dunkin fix.
This is a drive thru only Dunkin, two lanes one to order and the other one for mobile orders only. I truly never had a bad experience at this location and been coming here for little over a year. I’m honesty shocked about these reviews. It’s honestly one of my fave Dunkin’s too.
