So i placed an order not that long ago. My boyfriend went to go pickup our order. Latte machine was broken so we wanted a refund since we were going to go somewhere else and they told my boyfriend they dont know how to do a REFUND. And apparently there was NO MANAGER THERE ON DUTY. Since NO ONE THERE KNEW HOW TO DO A DAMN REFUND. Why have that place open if theres not ONE employee that can do a refund. Now we have to go back tomorrow just to get a refund. RIDICULOUS.

Just left from there and they messed up my order twice??♂️☹️ first they gave me a iced vanilla coffee when I asked for hot, then I left and checked it and the hot coffee they gave me was black,??♂️ so I went back there to let them know it wasn’t right, at that point I was ready to get a refund.

2/12/24 N Main St Location - The Donuts were hard & stale and I had to ask for a refund. I kept the French vanilla coffee but it was old & stale & scorched (burnt) tasting. They need to be ashamed of themselves for selling people old a$$ food! Not cool. Not the first time either but it will be the last. No longer going to this location.

Ordered thru the Dunkin app & when I got there was told they were out of coffee & they couldn't cancel or refund my money. Will never go again. When I would go 2-3 times a week.

The cookie butter coffee didn't have any coffee in it. Was just the syrup and water. Never had a worse one and we get them 3 times a week.

I would really like to like this location but it sucks. This location is most convenient and I have given it 3 chances - each was disappointing. The iced coffee is watered down, the breakfast sandwiches are supposed to have 5 slices of bacon - they try to skimp at only put 3 slices. The only thing I would order from here is a plain croissant or donut. I am done trying. I refuse to go here. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to the location on E Riverside - they are most consistent.
