Good drive thru service with helpful friendly staff
I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service was amazing, especially from Maliyah. She had such a positive attitude and kept a smile on her face the whole time. My order ended up getting messed up, but she reassured me everything would be fixed and handled it quickly with no attitude at all. She was patient, professional, and made the experience so much better. Workers like her are the reason people come back. Thank you again, Maliyah!

Bucciferro Family McDonald's is a busy and popular fast food restaurant that offers a variety of meals and services. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, especially noting positive experiences with employees like Maliyah, who kept a smile and handled issues quickly and politely. Even during rush hours, the staff work hard to manage a high volume of orders, often dealing with short staffing and busy lines. Mistakes can happen, like incorrect orders or missing items, but staff members try their best to fix problems promptly. Customers recognize that the staff are under stress but remain patient and understanding, especially when the restaurant is very busy.
The restaurant also offers multiple ways to order, including kiosk machines and a mobile app, which helps save money through deals and coupons. Despite occasional delays and order mistakes, many customers find the food tasty and affordable, with prices that make it easier to feed a family. Some mention that the food is not gourmet but good for the price, and they enjoy the variety and ongoing menu changes. Parking is plentiful, and the service is generally friendly.
However, some reviews point out that prices have increased significantly, making it cheaper to cook at home in some cases. Long wait times during peak hours and occasional issues with order accuracy are common frustrations, but overall, Bucciferro Family McDonald's remains a convenient, friendly, and affordable option for fast food.
