The drinks are always timely and made well, even when they are super busy. Whoever added sig codes to my drink today, I wanted to say thank you. “Anyone can sell you coffee and pastries. There are over 68 coffee and tea establishments in the Rockford area alone. There are 11 coffee shops from one national brand and another 5 from a national chain that specialize in donuts. So why do I go to Meg’s? The people that sell me my coffee are the reason. I’m not alone in this thought. It’s like going to the fictitious local bar “Cheers” in the 80’s. Everyone is treated the same. Welcomed, greeted cheerfully, and asked if they are having their usual. How do they remember everyone’s “regular”? I think it’s because they care. One other thing brings me in…the coffee and menu items are incredible!“
