“The food/drinks are always amazing at this location. However the staff really make me enjoy going here. My dog recently passed away and I’ve been struggling with it. The cashier asked how I was and I let it slip and she showed sincere kindness. She gave me some bonus stickers, cookies and just a lot of sincerity. I love this location and will keep coming back 💛“

“Visited for the first time today after living in beloit for 30 years. The bagels were small, dry.and so over priced. I spent 29 dollars on a plain bagel, a muffin and 2 smoothies. Really disappointed because I make better bagels at my house.... BUT the employees are super cute little robots 😅“

“Starbucks, in general, has been around for awhile but it was nice to be in a newer store. This location is extremely clean, the staff friendly and informative. They made great suggestions for the Sage and Blackberry refresher when it was around.

What made me super excited, and may seem odd to some, is the fact that they offer glasses and mugs if you're staying in to drink. This was something I missed in a lot of places and, if I'm being honest, makes me want to come back for that aspect alone.“

Will probably try again because Dunkin and Starbucks have been disappointing recently around here, so having a good coffee shop in Meijer is great!

It was on the pricier side, its a little over 7$ for a large but they told me download the app and after your first purchase on the app you get a coupon for a free medium coffee so that might be worth looking into for some ahead of time!“

“I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.

“Been to many locations, but Beloit will always be my favorite. Everyone is so kind, and my coffee always comes out perfect! Today I accidentally ordered at a Rockford location (rough day, holding on by a thread here), but the employees made sure I still got my regular order. And it really turned my day around. I wish I had asked their names, they deserve recognition for how kind and caring they are. If you ladies end up reading this, just know that you had a massive impact. “Bathrooms were just okay. Could’ve been cleaner it was not busy this was before lunchtime. The hook on the handicap stall was completely broken.
I’ve been traveling for the last week and the kid with the face tattoos was probably the nicest person I’ve met so far on my trip. They were very smart very professional“
