Love these people and this place! I always feel so welcomed and happy when I stop by this location. They always go the extra mile to make people feel special and often will remember my order when I pull up. The customer service is excellent, and I’m convinced this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Great job everyone! ? ? ?
I absolutely treasure everyone working in this Starbucks. I am here most mornings before work and although they are incredibly busy most mornings they find ways to spend their time with everyone. They always have high energy. Understanding that they are trying their absolute best on busy days is the best you can do for these wonderful and deserving people. Out of all the Starbucks I visited in the Winnebago county area. The Roscoe location is my favorite.
