Came here to get a coffee and this guy couldn't figure out that the drive thru you are supposed to take turns. I was done with my order and went to pull up. Bucciferro Family McDonald's is a busy and fast-paced restaurant with friendly and hardworking staff. The management, especially Anita, is highly appreciated for her patience, training new staff, and going above and beyond to serve customers, even during very busy times. She is often described as understanding and helpful, reentering orders and ensuring fresh food when needed. Customers note that despite the high workload and being short-staffed, the staff remains polite and dedicated, even on holidays like Labor Day. The restaurant offers popular items like pies and ice cream, along with the Steak Bagel. However, some meals, such as the Chicken Big Mac, are not well-liked. Prices are increasing, making it a quick, budget-friendly option for some. Customers also mention a somewhat unusual upcharge for sweet tea and appreciate friendly staff who offer deals like buy-one-get-one for $1. Overall, Bucciferro Family McDonald's is recognized for good service, hardworking employees, and a welcoming atmosphere despite the busy environment.
