“Stopped in after work with the family for dinner, didn't feel like making dinner, order our food. Staff was polite and our food came out quick, hot and fresh, dinning room was clean and we enjoy our meal and left. Definitely returning to Arby's“

“We went through the drive thru and the person was very polite however I did order an item which she didn't hear. She had me pull back through the drive thru and pay for the second item. Which we then had to wait for. Which added a longer time for the food to cool. The Potato Ole's were salty. I did mention this to her and she did acknowledge it however I just wanted to let her know for the future as I didn't want to wait any longer for her to prepare another order.“

“The exceptional manager went above the call of duty when having to deal with door dash. Door dash really dropped the ball and didn't care they did. Thankfully, the manager stood behind Mods name and didn't let them tarnish it.

“I used to be a die hard subway dan, then I wanted a more homemade fresh tasting sub and I was off to find that shop. Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. I found my go to sub shop and I rate Jersey Mike's better than the sub shop currently in operation.“

“I hit the drive through a few times a week in the mornings for my lunch and always have a good amount of customizations on my items (im picky). They are always very kind and read back my order to make sure its correct and ive yet to have an issue with a missed customization or the wrong order, please give the morning crew some love! as someone who worked in the food industry for a long amount of time,they kill it and are always in a good mood! (Keep in mind I cant speak for everyone and im only in the drive through in the mornings when its sometimes slower flow of traffic, but each time I have gone its always good vibes and a correct order) keep doing your thing guys!!“

“I went this afternoon to Pizza Hut with my 2 boys and was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received the manager willie is full of, and exudes exactly the type environment and energy you want to be around I hope he is there the next time I come back the food was amazing but the service was above and beyond.“

Take out Saturday 11/1. Food was absolutely terrible, to the point I threw my patty melt out after a single bite. My fries were undercooked, and were legitamately inedible. My milkshake was supposed to be peanut butter, but was made as chocolate. Extremely dissapointed, especially for 20$.

Would greatly appreciate a refund, actually. As I did not eat this meal and was wasted out on my dinner. Tried calling and no help.“

“They hire teens who like to cut around the edges. A hour and a half before close they dumped two 5 gallon bucks of water and just dumped it on the kitchen floor where food was openly exposed and in the middle of being cooked. osha would have had a conniption fit and they would have for surely been fined. The poor workers were having to walk through giant huge puddles of water. When I gently and quietly approached the situation, the woman who was probably about 20ish was beyond rude as hell and extremely defensive!!!! For no reason she got absolutely hostile. She told me that if I didn’t like it I can get a refund and go get dinner somewhere else. Needles to say they stopped mopping, but there were still giant puddles on the ground that staff had to walk through…when I got my food after waiting for it to get cooked, I quickly left as I was already upset just by the way that the employee decided to rudely interact with me. And when I got home they had unfortunately ruined my entire meal…. They had given me someone else’s order and it was everything that I would not eat or order! Such a disappointment… if I was you I would go to the one on Perryville. At least the staff will politely, courteously and respectfully interact with you and treat as if you are a human being. I’ll take that over the way I was treated and how my order was messed up, any day. I surely hope that the woman who interacted with me that evening truly doesn’t continue to speak down and degrading to her customers on the regular. If she does she needs a hard reality check, and she absolutely doesn’t not belong working anywhere near a restaurant that requires hospitality… as far as I’m concerned she belongs in the back washing dishes or cutting vegetables. Anything other than interacting with customers. I fear if she remains at the specific location even though it is convenient and right there, she will run this establishment greatly into the ground and extremely quickly, if it doesn’t get handled in a timely manner. Sad that I lost one of my favorite restaurant locations to go to.“

“This location always gets my orders right! The staff is friendly and efficient even during busy times! My order came out quickly and everything was made with great care! The GM of this shop is very nice and helpful!
This is my go-to sandwich location and a very reliable spot! I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Great sub style sandwiches in a convenient location. The online ordering system is very thorough and comprehensive for people with dietary or food allergy needs. Food was ready and didn't have to wait upon pickup. Will be a regular here.

Dietary restrictions: No-Bread option makes an unwich. So folks how are doing low carb, keto or have celiac disease can still enjoy a sandwich.“

“I don’t normally write review food reviews, but tonight we had ordered a family bundle, and I was very surprised On how good the service and food was, I did go through the drive-through. All the condiments on the whopper were fresh and crispy and the fries they seemed as though they were cooked and fresh oil, everything was great.“
