Out of all the Starbucks I visited in the Winnebago county area. The Roscoe location is my favorite. I do tend to go there just about daily but within 2 days of going there almost all of the workers knew my name especially the manager Brandon. He is the sweetest guy I've met. I would recommend this place to anybodyThey're always helpful in giving you new drink ideas if they're out of your usual drink or if you're looking to try something new, especially Brandon, as you can tell, he's definitely my favorite

I came through the drive-thru this morning to order coffee and breakfast for myself and a coworker. Sometimes I'm in the mood for fufu drinks and sometimes I want basic hot coffee - the cornerstone of what Starbucks built it's brand on. Today, I was in the mood for hot coffee, which I tried to order. Before I could finish my order I was told that the "coffee brewing machines were broke as of last night." Instead, I was offered an Americano "which is like a coffee - just a shot of strong caffeinated coffee and then watered down to make it like regular coffee" is what the barista said. I asked if they were going to match the price and she indicated she "could not." I recapped our conversation to make sure we were on the same wavelength, which was "You're a coffee house that specializes in coffee but you don't have hot coffee to offer." Her response "Yes, that's correct." ..."And you want to warm up cold coffee, then water it down to dilute it, and actually have me pay more for it."....Her response remaining unchanged "Yes, I'm sorry, but we can't accommodate your request to match the price.".....Your coffee brewing machine is broke (your responsibility not the consumer), you have a second best option (if we can call it that), and you're not willing to take the loss to make up for the consumer actually not getting what it is they are wanting? Not to mention you give away free stuff all of the time, but you can't price adjust? I'm making a big deal for a reason, which is that the inverse is true - they are trying to make more for selling less or the barista is just that apathetic about life and her job that she could care less customer satisfaction. Neither are acceptable.I would recommend that the regional manager fire the entire staff working this morning and start over with a clean slate. Furthermore, I have my doubts about the machine being "broken." Considering Tuesday is one of the slowest sales days of the week, it could also be fair to speculate that charging more for espresso shots due to regular coffee not being available is a great way to enhance the bottom line and increase sales. ...I certainly hope the machine was "broken" because this could easily be confused with customer exploitation if it weren't.Two stars on Yelp and several negative reviews on Google reflects poor leadership at best and greed at if that's not what it isn't.

Was given the wrong ingredients in my drink even though receipt clearly said what was in it. I wasn’t upset about that at all people do make mistakes that’s fine. Came back 5 minutes later to the inside of the store. Told them what happened and then was ignored for like 10 minutes as I was literally standing 3 feet away by all the workers, when asked what my order was they acted like they had no clue what I ordered or where it was turns out my drink was just sitting there for like 8 of the 10 minutes while they were just helping others and giving me a scowl while I was waiting. Clearly these workers don’t care too much about wasting people’s time. Spent a half hour doing all this.

Love these people and this place! I always feel so welcomed and happy when I stop by this location. They always go the extra mile to make people feel special and often will remember my order when I pull up. The customer service is excellent, and I’m convinced this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Great job everyone! ? ? ?
