This place was usually pretty good but recently they've been on a decline. The drive thru lines have been taking longer even if there aren't many people ahead of me, I've had the drive thru barista get snappy with me for asking for a straw, and the drinks have been mostly ice.
Some fast service and the new butterfly summer refresher with bursting boba is so yummy.
I went to Starbucks around 8pm today and had the best experience ever with the two girls working who helped me through the drive through. I did not get their names but they helped my daughter and I. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
