Packed way under staffed they said the entire next shift called in sick! And the high protein sandwich selection should be labeled as lower calorie it has less meat! Very disappointed!
Megan is amazing, I eat here frequently and when I placed an order for delivery she noticed i messed up my order and called to make sure if it was correct. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
JJ's made my catering order 2 hours earlier than I originally thought. I really appreciate JJ's Rockford helping me out when my plans had changed.
