“Surprisingly solid for a Subway. My sandwich actually looked like the ad — which, let’s be real, is a small miracle. The staff was cool, didn’t act like I was asking for the moon when I said “extra pickles,” and actually seemed to care that my order made sense.
The place was clean, bread was fresh, and they didn’t give me that sad handful of lettuce that screams “I hate my job.” Only downside? It took a minute — but hey, if a little extra time means I get a sandwich that doesn’t look like it survived a car crash, I’ll take it.“

“I started going to the subway about a month ago and I must say it has been the best experience I've gatton from any Subway restaurant. The manager was very nice and she even remembered my order I truly enjoy shopping at that restaurant.

“This is the best subway in all of Rockford or in all of Illinois or the entire United States or the entire world the employees are kind and friendly and know how to make the subs to perfection the building is clean and the restrooms are well maintained I highly recommend this subway as the go to restaurant“

“Children suggested for a meal after school and before their dads night basketball game. They ordered with ease, talked and laughed the whole hour.

“Normally order my same order, but wanted something different.the lady at the counter Jasmin suggested chicken teriyaki. The food was WONDERFUL. The meat was warm n ready, jasmine helped me with any questions and had a bright smile to share. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot!

“Went to the Subway on Charlesstreet and 20th stood there for 5 minutes no one said hello or offer to take my order 1 person was making sandwiches that others won't just stand in there wiping down a thing no 1 said anything so I walked out I guess they didn't feel like waiting on me ? So I went to the 1 on East State next to Wendy's food was superb got served right away and my $40 that I spent there was well worth it Under new management and take all coupons.“
