“Always great service and good food. I've never had a bad experience or sub here. There's one specific manager, who's name I can never catch (but was working the lunch rush today 1/14/23), but he always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place if you ever want to be treated right as a customer and consumer.“
“absolutely great customer service, awesome clean enviroment. Has issues with mutilple billing due to my friends' differential payment methods. Staff was VERY patient while we bill apporiate people for their food. Not only were thery patient and understanding, my people were excited that we could just bill for our own and not figure it out later to help the combersome issue at what would happen at the restaurant.. Subway is awesome and and we love their organic food. I also loved the personalbility and how they engaged with their customers. Bless you all“
“Subway can vary quite a bit from location to location, but this one must be managed very well. Staff is always friendly and professional, and sandwich artists work quickly and accurately. The building is also very nice and always clean. One of my regular places if I go out to eat on lunch break. Definitely the best Subway in Janesville area.The food is usually kept pretty fresh, nothing extraordinary, but what you'd expect from Subway. Healthier options than most places.“
“Was there the other week, staff were very nice, had a delay in our order and they were very apologetic, offered us free desert. Checked in multiple times to ensure our meal was as expected. In general I feel that firehouse has great food quality.“
