“I was disappointed in our last visit here. The hosts were friendly as well as the server and we had good service. The food however was a disappointment. In my eyes, Olive Garden is known for its amazing Alfredo sauce, so thick that it becomes a solid when in the fridge and I can usually only eat half of my plate. I am not sure if there was someone new in the kitchen when we went or if they are trying to thin the sauce out to make it go further because of prices, but it has definitely changed. The salad dressing was also a bit sour, again something they are known for. Perhaps it was just this visit or this location but I was certainly let down for the lack of quality ingredients.”

Well I paid took my keys out of my pocket and the money fell out. I called the restaurant thinking that I have lost the money for good and when I called they had found it!! it was quite a bit of money and they found it even watched the cameras to see if they could figure out who it belonged too and put it in an envelope. They could have totally kept it but didn't. The guy was so sweet and kind I think I hugged him like 5 times. People are still good, honest and kind and now they have my buisness and I will tell everyone of what they did. I am so thankful beyond words.”

“We are “newer” to Janesville and had never been to Bessie’s until today! Jan. 1 is my birthday and we have found it hard to find places that are open. We were thrilled to see that Bessie’s was open on New Years Day! The restaurant was booming, which is always great to see. Our server Susy V. was attentive, friendly, and she went the extra mile to make my birthday feel special. The manager even allowed me to add an item to my omlet that wasn’t even an option. Overall we were thrilled by the hospitality. The food was delicious, the Bloody Mary flight was fun, and we saw a total of 11 planes! 10/10 experience. We will be back!”

“Our family has been a consistent customer with the store on Val Vista & Southern in Mesa AZ for many years. I tried to order online tonight but it wasn’t available at this time. My husband went to the store with a WRITTEN list of what we wanted and the store got it wrong. The pizza that should have been a family size was only a large when we got it home. It had far less toppings on the pizza than all our previous orders. As much as I like PM pizza, I’m not sure I’ll go back. I can’t reach the store by phone as there is construction in the area and the phones are out for the duration. Very poor customer service today!”

After meeting Aubrey and frEddie, we were sold! Super friendly service and hometown atmosphere made our stay longer than planned. We heard about the Saturday special with the ribs, baked beans and cornbread among a long list of other pork items we did not get, at least this time. We recommended Fast Eddies to any rib lovers out there! I considered them to beat anything ribs I had at ribs feast last year. The passion for the BBQ shined through every bite I ate. “My wife and I heard about willowdale through a friend and thought we give them a try for their Friday fish fry. We arrived earlier than their dinner serving hours and settled at the bar for an Old Fashioned which was excellent. We ordered our dinner at the bar and transferred to a table until the dinner service began. Our order easily followed to our table and was served by very friendly staff. We both ordered the beer batter cod with au gratin potatoes; the best of both we have had in quite some time. We had a fantastic experience; will definitely go again, and would recommend this Friday fare to anyone.”

“A company I do business with in Janesville sent me an early holiday gift from Hailey's Sweets and Treats. As I opened the box I was shocked to see how much care was taken in the packaging of my goodies. Once I got through the packing materials and bubble wrap I was thrilled to see perfectly aligned cake pops. The pretzel rods were also perfect...nothing was broken. Best of all everything tasted fresh and was so delicious which is amazing considering the long journey from Wisconsin to Florida. Glad that a business card was enclosed with the treats. I definitely will be placing an order soon and feel confident that everything will arrive fresh and not broken. I definitely recommend Hailey's Sweets and Treats.”

They Were Busy & Had A Line So We Just Chalked It Up & Took The Drink They Gave Us. We Also Ordered A Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl & A Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl Was Amazing...Full Of Flavors & Good Portions. The Chicken Salad Sandiwch Was Good But Feel Like When They Toast The Bread They Should Put Either Some Mayonnaise/Honey Mustard/Etc On It Before Placing The Chicken Salad. Well The Chicken Salad Was Good. There Was Hardly Any Grapes Or Celery In The Mix Like It Suggested On The Menu & The Bread/Toast Was Dry. Despite Those Few Things We Enjoyed Our Visit & Food. I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night."
