Most times we come here we have a great experience. Today there are different people working and it shows. I’m sitting in our booth watching my kids play and multiple tables (that came in after us) get their food.
I go up to ask and the guy goes in back, comes out and says, “they forgot to make it. They’ll do it now.” Then walks away. No, “I’m sorry” or anything. Pretty rude.

Chuck E. Cheese offers a clean and enjoyable environment for children, with plenty of parking available. The restaurant is known for its friendly and helpful staff, who provide good customer service. The food is considered okay, with some items like fries being undercooked and breadsticks and ham and cheese subs having declined in quality. However, many customers praise the pizza, claiming it is the best compared to other pizza places. Despite some maintenance issues with the animatronic Chuck and the need for more working game machines, kids still have a great time. The restaurant features a kids-only section that is perfect for little ones. Safety measures are also in place, ensuring that children are secure while enjoying their visit.
